3 tins unsweetened pie apples
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp SWEETLY Baking Sugar Substitute
1/2 cup oats
1 cup of your favourite raw nuts
1/2 cup of your favourite flour cake/spelt/gluten free/coconut
1/3 cup SWEETLY Baking Sugar Substitute
1/4 tsp NOMU Cook’s Collection Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp NOMU vanilla extract, NOMU vanilla essence or NOMU vanilla paste
180 g unsalted butter
Preheat the oven to 180*C
In a bowl, combine the filling ingredients and toss well to coat. Spread evenly into a pie dish.
In a food processor pulse together the crumble ingredients until they come together and you have beautiful clumpy, buttery crumble. Sprinkle over the apples and bake for 30-40 minutes of golden brown and crispy on top. Serve with double cream, vanilla ice cream or custard.
